Purpose of the Application: I understand that the information provided through this form is being collected for the purpose of evaluating and processing a potential financing application for products or equipment offered by Maxy Robotics LLC. Submitting this application does not guarantee financing approval, a specific interest rate, payment amount, financing term, or credit limit. 2. Accuracy of Information: I certify that all information provided in this application is true, accurate, complete, and current to the best of my knowledge.I understand that providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in the rejection of the financing application or other consequences determined by the financing provider. 3. Authorization to Process Information: I authorize Maxy Robotics LLC to collect and use the information provided in this application for the purpose of facilitating the financing process with its financing partner(s).This may include business information, ownership information, contact information, residential information, and other information necessary to process the application. 4. Social Security Number and Sensitive Information: I understand that certain information requested in this application, including my Social Security Number, may be considered sensitive personal information. I authorize Maxy Robotics LLC, to the extent permitted and required for the financing process, to collect and transmit such information to the applicable financing provider for the purpose of evaluating and processing my financing application. Maxy Robotics LLC will use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information collected through the financing application. 5. Financing Decision: I understand that Maxy Robotics LLC does not make the final credit decision, unless otherwise expressly stated. The financing provider is solely responsible for determining eligibility, approval, financing terms, interest rates, payment amounts, credit limits, and other conditions associated with the financing offer. 6. No Guarantee of Approval: Completion and submission of this application does not constitute an approval or commitment to provide financing. Any financing approval is subject to the financing provider's underwriting requirements, credit review, verification procedures, and final approval. 7. Credit Review: I understand that the financing provider may request additional information or documentation and may perform credit-related inquiries or verification procedures as permitted by applicable law and the financing provider's policies. Any required credit authorization or disclosure will be provided through the applicable financing process. 8. Communication: By providing my contact information, I authorize Maxy Robotics LLC and/or its financing partner, as applicable, to contact me regarding:  - My financing application - Additional documentation or information - Financing status - Available financing options - Products or equipment related to my application Communication may occur by telephone, email, text message, or other methods provided during the application process, subject to applicable law. 9. Information: Sharing I understand that Maxy Robotics LLC may share information provided through this application with its authorized financing partner(s), service providers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to process the financing application or fulfill related business purposes, subject to applicable law. Maxy Robotics LLC will not sell the applicant's Social Security Number. 10. Applicant Responsibility: I understand that I am responsible for reviewing any financing agreement, disclosure, payment schedule, interest rate, fees, and other terms provided by the financing company before accepting any financing offer. Maxy Robotics LLC recommends that applicants carefully review all financing documents before signing.11. Changes to Financing Terms: Any financing terms presented to the applicant are subject to the final terms and conditions established by the financing provider. Maxy Robotics LLC does not guarantee that the terms initially discussed or estimated will be the same as the final financing terms. 12. Electronic Submission: By submitting this application electronically, I acknowledge that my electronic submission constitutes my request to begin the financing process and authorize Maxy Robotics LLC to process the information provided for that purpose. 13. Privacy: Maxy Robotics LLC respects the privacy of its customers and applicants. Information submitted through this financing application will be handled according to applicable privacy and data protection requirements and Maxy Robotics LLC's applicable Privacy Policy. 14. Applicant Acknowledgment: By submitting this application, I acknowledge that: I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions above, and I authorize Maxy Robotics LLC to process the information provided for the purpose of facilitating my financing application.
